Here is something i learned, when you have the dots lined up on the sprockets, the timing tab at 0, and you are thinking that you are at TDC cylinder one... well check the position of the lifters. after i put the cam into place and slid the lifters down i noticed that number one's lifters were in motion but that number six lifters indicated shut valves. this is TDC cylinder 6. rotate the harmonic one full 360 degree turn to achieve TDC cylinder one. I dunno if this is true in all cases but the lifters don't lie.
